Feel free to contact us. The first non-binding consultation for our clients is free of charge.

The fee for legal services is negotiated by mutual agreement, taking into account the complexity of the case and your situation.

As a standard, we charge an hourly fee of CZK 2,500/hour excluding VAT.

The fee may be agreed for individual acts or according to the lawyer’s tariff. In case of long-term or repeated cooperation, the price is reduced by agreement. In the case of urgent legal services within 48 hours, except for online legal services, the hourly fee may be increased up to a double. We are subject to VAT.

If you contact us for legal assistance, a non-binding consultation will be the first step. We will suggest possible solutions to your issue and estimate the time required for the requested legal service. In some cases, we are able to offer a fixed price for the handling of the whole matter. This will be the case in particular for online legal services, attorney escrow services or in the case of standard services. We know it is difficult for you to imagine how the price will be calculated in your case. That is why we have prepared a preliminary price calculation of the most frequently requested legal services by individual areas of law.
