What is an ESCROW SERVICE and what is it for?
Attorney’ s escrow is a service provided to you by our law firm under an attorney’ s escrow agreement. When selling a property, the buyer deposits money into a special attorney escrow account. Only when all the conditions of the sale are met and the property is registered in the Land Registry, the money is released and reaches the seller.
The attorney’s escrow is a guarantee of payment of the purchase price.
Our escrow is secure, inexpensive and can be used by clients from all over the country.

Attorney’s escrow is regulated by the provisions of Section 56a of the Advocacy Act. Escrow accounts of the law office of JUDr. Ondřej Bečvář are kept with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.
The attorney’s escrow provided is completely secure. The law firm has its information protection certified according to ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2014 and has the statutory insurance.
Price List
- A lump sum of CZK 1,500 for the preparation of an Escrow Agreement.
- The rate for inexpensive and good escrow is 0.1% of the escrow up to CZK 10,000,000.
- In the case of an escrow exceeding CZK 10,000,000 the price is determined individually.
